Give some tips when you get a cut or graze?

Clean the wound
Press with a clean pad to stop bleeding
Cover the wound with a bandage or plaster
Check the wound regularly
See a doctor if the wound is really bad
Check with a doctor to see if infection

What do you do if you get a first degree burn?

Immediately put it under cold water. Remove the valuable items of the person.

What do you do if you have a second or third degree burn?

Throw water over the victims clothes, if they are burning, or wrap him/her in a blanket to stop the fire.

• Use adhesive tape on burns
• Apply butter, oil or margarine
• Apply ointments or creams
• Prick blisters open with a needle or otherwise tamper with the wound
• Use fluffy material on wounds

How would you treat a sunburn?

Take a cool bath
Put a cool damp towel on the burnt area
Put moisturiser on the sunburn

A bruise is an injury to soft tissue
Usually dark blue or purple
Bruises heal untreated

How would you treat a sting?

You would first remove it an then put an ice pack on top of the area you got stung.

What would you do if a snake bit you?

First try and memorise the what the snake looked like then keep the victim calm, get victim to hospital ASAP , tell the hospital what snake you think you saw so they can get the anti-venom. DO NOT give the victim food or a drink.
