A

How do you minimise symptoms of motion sickness.

A
  • Cold fizzy drinks or carbonated beverage
  • Dry out mouth, lessening nausea
  • Don’t eat too much before flight
  • Fresh Cold Air (Brought to shiver is good, warm body)
  • Ginger or ginger derivatives such as tea
  • Close eyes

A

Positive g is when aircraft goes up, blood goes down.

Negative g is when aircraft goes down, blood goes up.
