you can not just release the aircraft!
What is BAF tower supposed to provide you with for IFR departures?
A rolling call
(they usually don’t) if they don’t you must use another form of RADAR identification.
What must be included in all ODO coordination?
the words “opposite direction” call sign, aircraft type and arrival or departure runway

The supervisor or CIC

When is the Cut-off point for ODO?
10 miles
What altitudes does BAF control for SVFR procedures?
at and below 2,000 however BAF must coordinate with West Departure for SVFR into and out of the Delta between 040 degrees and 180 degrees.

BAF flashes all VFR departures to a Z which takes place of the rolling call and may be used for RADAR identification.
