Newer macrolides:

  1. Azithromycin
  2. Clarithromycin
    - CYP
    1. Respiratory quinolones: Levofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, moxifloxacin
  • For severely ill: Rifampin used in combo with above Rx. But watch for CYP!
