Prolapsed disc, trauma, fractures, ankylosing spondylitis, spondylolisthesis, pregnancy.
What are the main causes of back pain in >30 year olds?
Prolapsed disc, malignancy (breast, lung, thyroid, prostate, kidney).
What are the main causes of back pain in >50 year olds?
Degenerative, osteoporosis, Paget’s malignancy, myeloma.
