I: Lateral third of clavicle, acromion, and spine of scapula
N: Accessory nerve (cranial nerve XI)
B: transverse cervical artery, dorsal perforating branches of posterior intercostal arteries
A: Elevates, retracts, and rotates scapula; lower fibers depress scapula
