what is a first class protein?
it contains all essential amino acids that the body needs. found in meat, fish and eggs

what is EAR affected by?

why don’t some people get enough protein?

- extreme weather can cause crop failure so there are not enough protein rich foods from animals and plants.
- people do not have enough money to buy protein rich food as it can be expensive
