Negative geotropism is when the shoots grow against gravity, positive is when they roots grow downwards in the way of gravity to absorb water
What is phototropism
When a plant responds to light.
Negative is when the roots grown away from light.
Positive is when the shoots grown towards light.
Where is auxin made

What are commercial uses of plant hormones
Rooting powder- encourages the growth of roots in stem cuttings so many plants can be obtained from one plant.
Fruit ripening hormone- cusses fruit to ripen, can be sped up or slowed down if required for transportation.
Selective weeds killers- the hormone disrupts the growth pattern in the plant without harming other plants.this causes the bigger leaves to receive a bigger dose of the hormone and die
