Greatness is best achieved with others. The world is too complex to strike it alone.
How are people drawn to me?
People are not drawn by what I do. They are drawn because my dream gives hope. They are moved by emotion more than logic. They care WHY I do it.
Where do the seeds of destiny lie?
In those little ideas that tickle and nag and refuse to go away. Never ignore them
Note that they may be disguised with fear. These ideas are never looking to pull back and be safe
What do I need to know to achieve an outcome?
Forget knowing HOW. All I need to know is WHY and WHAT.
Then I share this with passion. The people I need will come, and they will bring the answers I need.
Why is attracting people necessary?
At this very moment, there are talented people around the world yearning to join forces with me. They believe in the same audacious ideas, envision the same future, desperate for the same change as I ache for. Trust that others share my inner knowing
Many of these people have skills I don’t have. Skills I need. And they need me. Teaming up means we become an unstoppable force
What is Tactic 1 - The Manifesto?
Summary of what I’m seeking to being to the world, my beliefs and values, and how I operate.
What is Tactic 2 - Find My Big Why
Humans are biologically hardwired to make decisions from emotions. Attracting the right people means connecting in a way that’s authentic and arouses emotion.
What is Tactic 3 - Crafting My Vivid Vision?
Shared beliefs will draw people. The future is what inspires and aligns action.
Vivid vision = walk through of how the world will be transformed because of my existence but also my plan.
Talk about the future as if it is happening now
Why should I connect authentically and be open with my visions and values?
It gets me the people who jell with my values and beliefs. It gets the right kind of people
It will generate feelings of extreme attraction or repulsion. Don’t be afraid to offend the few to attract the many.
