Affective: how one feels about something
Behavioural: way person act
Cognitive: how one thinks about smth

4 function: knowledge, ego expressive, adaptive, ego-defensive

Attitude: helps organize thoughts and experiences, and helps to predict behaviour

One will be accepted if socially acceptable attitude is expressed

Attitude that protect self esteem/justify actions we know are wrong

Separate people wether they use central route or peripheral route

People learn how to behave by observing others
