Q

How should a coach use persuasive communication to promote an attitude change within a performer ?

A

Persuasive communication is where a coach uses verbal communication to promote an attitude change within a performer
As core values are stable and innate this may take time as the individual may be resistant to change
The message should be clear and understood
The new message should outweigh old believes
The message should come from a role model or someone the player holds within high esteem
