Requirements for an AOC
A
CAO 82.0 Charter 82.1 RPT 82.3 or 82.5 weight dependant
Conduct of Commercial activities such as Ariel work, Charter and RPT require to have an AOC for that operation.
AOC contains:
organizational structure
implement SMS
checking and training
training and assess HF and NTS
appoint a CEO , HOT, Chief Pilot, Safety manager
Provide facilities and maintain documentation
Facility:
Ops HQ , crew base, planning and storage facilities
weighing scales, training facilities
Documentation: ops manual training / checking manuals dangerous goods maintenance manuals legal docs
Records: medicals ratings/ endorsements Flight and duty times crew roster Load sheets fuel records training and checking records

Ariel work:
Requires and AOC for - Surveying, Agricultural, Advertising, Spotting & Photography.
Charter:
Other than fixed schedules
RPT:
Fixed schedule’s to and from fixed terminals
Private:
No reward, Cost shared , less than 6 pax.
