Need to prepare a food sample then
You need a water bath
And first you add 10 drops of Benedict’s solution to your food test and then leave it in the water bath for 5 mins
If no r sugars are presents the solution will be blue if there are it will be yellow or red

Get a food sample
Add a few drops of iodine solution
Solution will turn orange color to a blue black color

Buret test
Sample food solution to a test tube than you add the buret solution

Lipids
Add ethanol and shake it and then you add the same amount of water and if it goes cloudy white color than there is lipid present
