What is the purpose of the BOOST EJECTOR PUMP?

A

Fuel to each engine is fed from the collector tank and delivered to
the Hydromechanical Control Unit (HMU).

Boost ejectror pump:
The ejector pump draws fuel from the collector tank and delivers it to the main pump inlet continuously throughout the normal engine operating range.

Main pump:
Delivers the fuel directly to the HMU.

What do we have to do if the “FUELING ON” caution light illuminates after the pressure refueling is completed?

A

Fuel guy forgot to set the REFULE/DEFUEL MASTER switch to OFF. We must physically set the switch to OFF.
