A

Observation- alignment, swelling, colour, atrophy, deformity
Palpate- pain, deformity and swelling
AROM/ PROM
strength testing, isometric resisted testing
Exercise- shoulder abductors, lateral and medial rotators, use Theraband, shoulder press, lateral and medial rotate with Theraband
Education
Pain relief- massage, hot and cold therapy

Lateral epicondylitis and medial epicondylitis

A

Palpate for pain
Assess AROM/PROM, strength testing/resisted testing
Treatment- exercise, extension and flexion of wrist and elbow so holding dumbbell
Education
Pain- cold therapy- pain gate

Palpate- swelling, effusion test

Palpation- confirm painful structure
