- Allergy to aspirin or aspirin induced asthma; 2. History of bleeding disorder; 3. Current ulcer or GI bleeding; 4. Suspected aortic dissection

A
- High doses can cause ringing in ears 2. May cause heartburn, and N/V

324 mg, can be given if pt has had taken aspirin that day
