Side effects and Special Notes

A
  1. stop treatment if bpm increases by 20, tachyarrythmias other than sinus tach appear, or frequent PVCs; 2. Paradoxical bronchospasm may occur with excessive administration

Resp. Distress- 2.5mg/3ml nebulized repeat asneeded, ipratropium may be added if needed; Hyperkalemia- 10 mg neb
