Indications
A
- Bronchial asthma and reversible bronchospasm from COPD; 2. hyperkalemia

A
- stop treatment if bpm increases by 20, tachyarrythmias other than sinus tach appear, or frequent PVCs; 2. Paradoxical bronchospasm may occur with excessive administration

Sgnificant arrhythmias may occur, especially with pts with coronary insufficiency or HTN

A
Resp. Distress- 2.5mg/3ml nebulized repeat asneeded, ipratropium may be added if needed; Hyperkalemia- 10 mg neb
