Six officers on duty, including the Battalion Commander or Acting Battalion Commander but not the MSO. EXCEPTION: Five officers on duty, including the Battalion Commander but not an Acting Battalion commander or the MSO are to be considered the minimum in the event that scheduling a sixth officer on overtime would raise the shift staffing above minimum (48)
