A

- deliberate misconduct, recklessness, rule breaking for personal gain

What is the purpose of Peer Review Group (PRG)?

A

The purpose is to allow for an independent peer rescues of a corporate safety investigation that has not been subject to a full ERG.
It has 2 main functions:
- peer review the quality of the investigation report including the root cause identified
- identify any additional corrective or preventative measures that could be taken

SENTRY- confidential reporting- internal reporting system
CHRIRY - confidential reporting- external reporting system
