What does MSSA stand for?
Military style semi-automatic firearms.
How would define Firearm?

- Full Name
- Address
- Date of Birth.
What must you do if a person refuses to give their details under S.40(1)(2) AA83?
Warn them that they may be arrested.
Can a constable revoke a firearms license?
No, they can only suspend a license. The decision to revoke a license is made by an Arms Officer.
