weak language is prefered. you should instictively go to the weak AC first

- ID question type (point at issue or point at agreement)
- analyze THE FIRST speaker for (strong weak lang, qualifiers, t v r) go to ac
- go to AC make a chart and see if its the speaker agrees or is netral (1 nuetral kills AC)
- go to the second speaker
