When is use of the Operator/Crewmember Checklist mandatory?

No, but the Pilot can request a waiver for: -New equipment fielding -Old A/C is being discontinued -Selected for BN/BDE Command and are not currently qualified in one of the gaining unit’s airframes -XPs -Aviators assigned to SOC.
Are touch-down autorotations and antitorque touchdown EP training allowed?
No
Who can administer a Performance Flight Eval?
IP, SP, FI, SI
Will unusual attitudes, simulated engine failures, and autorotations be initiated under IMC? Who must be on the controls for this to happen?
No IP, IE, or SP. IE, if not an IP, must be evaluated and authorized by the commander to perform the maneuvers.
After a Class A or B mishap, what happens to the crews?
They WILL be suspended from flight duties until a successful completion of a flight evaluation.

They MAY be suspended from flight duties and required to successfully complete a flight evaluation at the discretion of the commander.
