Define hazing
Hazing is defined as any conduct whereby one military member or employee, regardless of service for rank, unnecessarily causes another military member or employee, regardless of service or rank, to suffer or be exposed to an activity that is cruel, abusive, oppressive, or harmful. Hazing includes, but it’s not limited, to any form of initiation or congratulatory acts that involves: striking another in order to inflict pain; piercing another skin manner; forcing or requiring consumption of excessive amount of food, alcohol, drugs, or other substances; encouraging another to engage in illegal, harmful or dangerous act.

Define sexual assault
Sexual assault is a crime defined as intentional, sexual contact, characterized by use of force, physical, threat, or abuse of authority, or when the victim does not or cannot consent. Sexual assault includes rape, nonconsensual sodomy, indecent assault, or attempts to commit these act.
