Education opens the door for economic gains by enabling individuals to find employment and earn income. This facilitates their ability to provide the basic needs of food, clothing and a shelter to their families.
Of those educated, people with a higher level of education have more chances of earning higher incomes, which in turn adds to national income.
An educated and aware citizenry takes informed and better decisions on all matters – political, economic, environmental, social and cultural. thus improving the quality of human resources of a country.
Education also helps promote sustainable development.
