A
A character that shows qualities that are in contrast with the qualities of another character. It may also be used for comparison.

Intertextuality
A
A textual reference within some text that reflects the text used as a reference. It draws upon the concept, rhetoric or ideology form other texts to be merged into the new.

Litotes
A
Derived from a Greek word meaning “simple”, it employs an understatement by using double negatives, or in other words, a positive statement is expressed by negatating its opposite expressions. “Not too bad” in place of “pretty good”.
