- Capillary nail pulsations: Quincke’s sign
- Collapsing waterhammer pulse
- Head nodding with pulse: de Musset’s sign
- Visible carotid pulsations: Corrigan’s sign

- Heaving displaced apex beat
- Early diastolic high pitched murmur
- Lower left sternal edge patient sit forwards
