Hydroxyzine/atarax
A
anxiety- start at 50mg per dose, may need to go as 12.5mg per dose if sedating
max dose- 400mg/day
at one time- can take 300mg qhs for sleep

Gabapentin/neurotin
A
Starting dose- 100mg-300mg per dose BID or TID
max- 3600mg/day (usually only that high for seizures or mood stabilizing)
can take up to 1200mg at a time
1600mg at one time is unsafe
Can go from 400mg to 800mg per dose if having a lot of anxiety and panic attacks at 400mg per dose

Propranolol
A
Starting dose- 40mg-80mg BID
Max dose per day- 400mg
Max seen per dose- 160mg
Try for TD before Austedo (for insurance reasons)

Buspar/Buspirone
A
start at 10-15 mg BID
max 60mg/day
