Give an SSRI and review at 12 weeks, combine this with CBT if not sufficient
If drug treatment is required for PTSD, what are some that can be used? How long should it be continued for?
Mirtazapine, paroxetine, amitriptyline, phenelzine / continue for 1 year if effective
