  • Concominant somatic symptoms: ex: fatigue, muscle tension, sleep disturbance
  • Tx: SSRIs, benzos for acute anxiety, therapy

  • For Dx: 3+, for 1mo+ 1) Amnesia to aspects of event, 2) Avoidance of things that remind of event, 3) Attempts to avoid thinking/talking of event, 4) feelings of detachment, 5) anhedonia, 6) restricted affect,
  • Tx: SSRIs, benzos for anxiety, Therapy
