Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome

Symptom Triad: hyperthermia, muscle rigidity, mental disorders

To reduce muscle rigidity and hyperthermia in severe cases, the peripheral muscle relaxant (Dantrolene) is recommended, as well as a combination of a dopamine agonist (Bromocriptine) and a benzodiazepine (Diazepam)
