A

A

A

Anastrazole, Letrozol. Prevent conversion of testosterone to estradiol and androstenedione to estrone. Exemestane irreversibly inhibits the enzyme.

A

A

5-FU, Doxorubicin (anthracyclines), cyclophosphamide (FAC). Cyclophosphamide, Methotrexate and 5-FU (CMF). Paclitaxel. Tamoxifen, Tormefene and Fulvestrant. Anastrozole, Letrozole and Exemestane. Trastuzumab.
