Q

How does APC works?

A

APC engulf pathogens by phagocytosis

-> process antigens from pathogen into short peptides

-> peptides bind to MHC protein inside WR
=> protein-MHC complex

->as a vesicles, transport to CSM of APC

=> antigens ready for presentation to native Tcells
