Ulnar nerve

Anterior interosseous nerve from median nerve

Distal quarter of anterior surface of ulna

Distal quarter of anterior surface of radius

Base of the 2nd metacarpal bone
What is the origin of the flexor carpi ulnaris?
Humeral head - Medial epicondyle of the humerus
Ulnar head - olecranon and posterior border
What is the insertion of the flexor carpi ulnaris?
Pisiform, hook of hamate and 5th metacarpal bone
What is the innervation of the flexor carpi ulnaris?
Ulnar nerve
