L: Superficial, but deep to the other superficial muscies. It is the barrier between the superficial and deep muscles.
O: Medial epicondyle of humerus
I: Anterior PIP (proximal interphalangeal) joints of digits
F: Flexes the 4 fingers and wrist
In: Median nerve C8, T1
Flexor digitorum profundus CLOIFIn

In: Median and ulnar nerves (C8 and T1)
Flexor Pollicis Longus CLOIFIn
C: Anterior
L: Deep
O: Interosseous border of radius
I: Anterior surface of distal phalanx of thumb

Brachioradialis CLOIFIn
C: Posterior L: Lateral O: Above lateral epicondyle of humerus I: Radial styloid process F: Flexes elbow (even though it's a posterior muscle), stabilizes elbow joint during rapid elbow movements In: Radial nerve C5,6
Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus CLOIFIn
C: Posterior L: Lateral O: Lateral epicondyle I: dorsal portion of pointer finger metacarpal F: extends rist and radial deviation In: Radial nerve C6,7
