Xylaxine, (dex)medetomidine and romifidine
Sympathomimetic - A2 agonist-> PreS (dec. symp tone, reduced BP), PostS (VC)
CIs: sedation + analgesia
Atipamezole
Sympatholytic - A2 antagonist - reverse effects of antagonists xylazine, dexmedetomidine and romifidine
Dobutamine

B1 - effect predominant and selective -> positive inotrope (inc. muscle contraction)
B2 - minimal effect (VD)
CI: hypotension
SEs: tachycardia

B2 - BrD, tocolytic (uterine relaxation in cattle), less cardiac effects

SEs - Ileus, tachycardia, hypertension, dry MM, pupil dilation

Cholinesterase inhibitor
CI: diagnose myasthenia gravis
SEs: bradyc, salivation, bronchospasm diarrhoea
