A
Chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease primarily affecting the spine and sacroiliac joint causing erosion of the bone and ossification causing reduced movement

How does it present clinically? (5)
A
Pain and stiffness in lower back and hips
Tender sacroiliac joint
Inflammation of iris causing redness, light sensitivity, blurred vision and tearing
Inflammation of the entheses (between tendon/muscle and bone)
SOB due to inflammation and scarring of lungs
