Kick or direct blow
local pain
pain radiating down the anterio leg into the foot
Numbness in the foot
Peroneal Nerve Contusion
Lateral deviation of the patella as it tracks in the femoral groove
Increased Q angle
IT band tightness
Apprehensive when the patella is forced laterally
