Q

What is the function of the cerebellum?

A
  • Controls unconscious functions like posture, balance and involuntary muscular movement
  • Recieves information about balance and the tones of muscles and tone of muscles and tendons, and relays this information to areas of the cerebral cortex involved with motor control
