A

Ventral: Liver and biliary, gallbladder and part of panc (head and some of neck)
Dorsal: other part of panc (tail and most of neck)

The ventral bud becomes the uncinate process and head of the pancreas. The dorsal bud becomes the neck, body, and tail of the pancreas.
