Domestic animals
Animals that humans have domesticated for their use as a source of food and raw materials, labor, and companionship.
Ex: pets, working animals, food species; all live in close proximity to humans

Planter eaters with multi-chambered stomachs
Ex: cattle, sheep, goats
Non-ruminant herbivore
Plant eaters with single chamber stomachs
Ex: horses
Carnivores
Animals that eat other animals (meat)
Ex: cats, dogs
Omnivores
Animals that eat both plants and meat
Ex: pigs, humans
