The greater sciatic foramen and by the piriformis

Tibial
- Hamstrings
- Plantar Foot
- Posterior leg
Common Peroneal - SH biceps
- Deep peroneal - Dorsiflextion and big web space
- Supercifial peroneal - eversion and dorsifoot sensation
What is the nerve root for the obturator nerve and where does it run?
L2-L4. Around the pelvic brim and through the obturator foramen
What does the obturator nerve do?
Gracilis
Adductors of hip
Media thigh sensation
What is the nerve root of the femoral nerve and where does it run?
L2-L4. Deep to inguinal ligament
What does the femoral nerve do?
Quads - Knee extensors
What is the nerve root of the pudendal nerve and where does it run?
S2-S4. Through greater sciatic foramen and Alcocks Canal
What does the pudendal nerve do?
External anal and urethal sphincter
External genitalia
Perineum and anal sensation

Psoas major

What are the hip extensors?
Hamstrings
Gluteus maximus
What does the coccygeal plexus do?
Joins with sacrum to form coccygeal nerve - sensation around coccyx
