Axilla
Apex: Lateral border of 1st rib, superior scapula, posterior clavicle
Lateral: Intertubecular groove of humerus
Medial: Serratus Anterior and Thoracic wall
Anterior: Pec Major, Pec Minor and subclavius muscles
Posterior: Subscapularis, Teres Major and Latissimus Dorsi
Cubital Fossa
Lateral: Medial border of Brachioradialis
Medial: Lateral border of Pronator Teres
Superior: Line between epicondyles of humerus
Floor: Proximally by Brachialis and distally by Supinator muscle
Roof: Skin and fascia, reinforced by bicipital aponeurosis.
Carpal Tunner
Two layers:

Lateral: Scaphoid and Trapezium tubercles
Medial: Hook of Hamate and Pisiform
-Flexor Retinaculum bridges the space between lateral and medial parts of the arch.

Lateral: Tendons of Abductor Pollicis Longus and Extensor Pollicis Brevis
Proximal: Styloid Process of Radius
Floor: Carpal bones, Scaphoid and Trapezium
Roof: Skin
Femoral Triangle
Superior: Inguinal Ligament (From ASIS to Pubic Tubercle)
Lateral: Medial border of Sartorius
Medial: Medial border of Adductor Longus
Roof: Fascia Lata
Base: Pectineus, Iliopsoas and Adductor Longus muscles
Femoral Canal
Medial: Lacunar Ligament
Lateral: Femoral Vein
Anterior: Inguinal Ligament
Posterior: Pectineal Ligament, Superior Rami of the Pubi and the Pectineus muscle.
Popliteal Fossa
Superiomedial: Semimembranosus
Superiolateral: Biceps Femoris
Inferiomedial: Medial head of gastrocnemius
Inferiolateral: Lateral head of gastrocnemius and plantaris
Floor: Posterior surface of knee joint capsule and posterior surface of femur
Roof: Popliteal fascia and skin.
