Respiratory - respiratory depression, apnoea
GI - nausea/vomiting, anorexia, gastric dysmotility, constipation
Renal - urinary retention
Neurological - confusion, delirium, sedation, dysphoria, euphoria, miosis, impaired cognition
Dermatological - sweating, flushing, urticaria, pruritus
