  1. WU 10min easy cycling
  2. Resistance 7.5% x BW
  3. Drop weights and start clock
  4. Cycle as fast as possible for 30sec without standing up
  5. Count revolutions out load and write down number every 5 sec
  6. Cool down 5min at easy pace
    -Number revolutions in 30sec to caluclate AN power
