A
Cardiac arrest (shockable rhythms)
Give after 3rd shock
Additional bolus dependent on age and rhythm status

Anti-arrhythmic: lengthens cardiac action potential
Prolonged QT interval on ECG
Blocks sodium and potassium channels in cardiac muscle
Acts to stabilise and reduce electrical irritability of cardiac muscle
