What is the definition of hazardous materials?

Define dual-use chemicals?
A dual-use chemical is one that has both civilian and military applications.
Many of the precursor chemicals used in the manufacture of chemical weapons have legitimate civilian industrial uses, such as the production of pesticides or ink for ballpoint pens

Storage = label and placard colors on diamond
Transportation = placards and labels

What are response procedures for responding to a HazMat spill or release?

Secure the site (get out)
Isolate the area (warn people to stay away)
Notify authorities (initiate procedures)
What are hazardous materials associated with clandestine drug labs?
