Teroldego is native grape to that area, prob distant cousin of syrah

blackberry and tart pomegranate
with the acid-bound fruit is a black minerality. star anise on the finish.. bracing acidity and hint of bitterness

Elisabetta foradori is one of best producers of this varietal.

70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 5% Sangiovese

Deep ruby red in color, this wine is brimming with notes of dark, dried cherries, figs, carob, blackberries, and hints of dates.silky smooth and fresh acidity

made with amarone method- dried grapes until december to consolidate natural sugars and flavors

Pair this wine with full-flavored pasta and risotto dishes, poultry, and chorizo.
