  • Forecast weather conditions for 30 minutes before to two hours after ETA (including TEMPO, INTER and PROB) must be at or above “Minima for filing as an alternate”
  • Alternate and Reserve Fuel are substituted by 2 hours holding fuel, at normal cruise consumption, overhead the destination airport.
