A

Salbutamol (MDI,NEB): < 25kg MDI 600mcg Every 5-15mins MAX 3 doses. NEB 2.5mg 5-15mins MAX 3 doses
>25kg MDI 800mcg Every 5-15mins MAX 3 doses. NEB 5mg 5-15mins MAX 3 doses
EPI (IM) : 0.01mg per/kg. MAX 0.5mg only one dose
DEX(PO,IM,IV): 0.5mg per/kg MAX 8mg only one dose
