What is conscious dating?
Conscious dating is about honoring and respecting yourself, your boundaries, and your precious time, and honoring and respecting others, their boundaries, and their precious time.
What must we be aware of while consciously dating?
Get clear about your intentions for your dating life.
Be aware of energy exchange and karma.
Be aware of sexual energy exchange.
What must be done before conscious dating?
Find joy and happiness on your own first instead of wanting others to make you happy.
Let them come and complement your already existing happiness.
What is the purpose of an addiction?
They work as an escape mechanism to fill a void we feel inside and allow us to avoid a reality we don’t want to face.
What is the best mental action to take when facing addiction?
Release shame and guilt because it will keep you in a low vibrational state that won’t help you.
What should you do to overcome addiction?
Take responsibility and find the root of how this addiction serves you so you can face it, heal accordingly, and find a healthier way to fulfill the need that caused the addiction.
What questions must be answered to overcome an addiction?
- Are you in full alignment with the addiction?
- How do you feel after partaking in the addiction?
- What triggers you to want to partake in the addictive activity?
- What is it that you really want instead?
- Is there anything in your life that you are running from? What will happen if you face it?
- What are some healthier ways for you to spend your time and energy?
- Where do you see yourself in 1 and 5 years from now if you keep doing things the same way that you are doing today?
- Where do you see yourself in 1 and 5 years from now if you overcome this addiction and focus on your goals instead?
Journal the answers to these questions.
What can we do to help us refrain from engaging in addictive behaviors?
Think about how you usually feel afters, your long-term goals, and commitment to stop.
What causes sexual shame?
Sexual shame is put onto us by religion, culture, or religious and judgmental parents/caretakers.
Why shouldn’t we be ashamed of sex?
Sex is a part of our nature, it is a part of who we are, how we are born
and how we create life.
Sexuality is also something very enjoyable, and when done
with love and respect it is truly sacred and a pathway to
experience higher states of consciousness like ecstasy and
bliss.
How can we adjust our mindset if our sexual shame is due to religion or judgemental parents?
Reflect upon what is your true essence, nature, and beliefs and what are the beliefs that were put into you by others.
Know that you don’t have to carry any belief system or idea that doesn’t reflect what you feel in your heart.
Peeling off the layers of false identity and programming until all that is left is the truth in your heart and
your own connection to source is a process.
What can we do if sexual shame is an issue for us?
Journal about all that made you feel this way.
Has anyone in your life ever made you feel bad about
feeling sexual?
Have you ever had an experience of being caught in the
middle of masturbation or having sex? How did that make
you feel?
What have you learned from your parents/caretakers about
sexuality? How did they deal with their sexuality? Was it
something that they were open to communicate with you
about?
Did you or your parents/caretakers follow any religion
growing up? What were their views about sexuality and
how has it affected you?
How can we connect with our sexuality in a healthy way?
- Dancing to sexy music by yourself or with your partner or joining a sensual dance class like chair or pole dancing.
- Practice mirror work. Look at your genital and erogenous areas in the mirror while telling yourself positive affirmations.
The main thing is to get comfortable and familiar with your body.
What is the process of healing sexual trauma?
- Become aware. Face the situation and get clear about what happened and how you felt about it.
- Process the emotions with the following activities that fit your personality: Therapy, journaling, talking to a trusted friend, healthily expressing anger, sadness and any other emotion related to it, practicing/receiving energy work to help clear the energy.
- Release. Release any victim mentality and don’t allow your past to shape your present and future. Close that chapter, leave it in the past and choose to write a new story.
- Build a healthy relationship with your sexual energy. Become aware of and comfortable with your personal relationship with your sexual energy. Only be with someone that you feel loved and respected by.
Define Kundalini
Kundalini means “coiled snake” in Sanskrit.
What is Kundalini energy?
It’s an energy that we are born with and lies dormant at the base of our spine.
What happens when Kundalini energy is awakened?
When the Kundalini energy is awakened/activated it travels upward the spine stimulating and opening all the energy centers (chakras) along our spine, until it reaches our 3rd eye and crown chakras causing what many people refer to as a “spiritual awakening”, or the experience of higher states of consciousness.
What is the simple and primal way of living?
Focusing on physical dynamics such as making money and fulfilling carnal desires with sex, food, and other vices.
What is the focus of souls on the path of spiritual development?
They care about deeper philosophical topics like the meaning of life, where we came from, how the universe works, where are going after we die… and so on.
Why do some people have a very intense or even traumatic experience awakening their Kundalini energy?
They can have a hard time staying grounded in their body and in this planet because of the amount of energy and information they receive at once.
But these experiences usually only last a few minutes, hours, or days.
How is Kundalini energy awakened/activated?
- The most natural way is that this energy is stimulated and activated little by little every time you meditate, every time you practice breath-work, every time you practice conscious movement like yoga, and every time you have sacred sex.
- Some psychedelics can also stimulate the awakening of kundalini energy, but as mentioned before those have to be done with ultimate respect, balance, awareness and in a sacred ceremony format with proper guidance, to avoid infringements and so that you can have proper integration afterwards.
How should one meditate to stimulate and activate their kundalini energy?
Practice visualizing your kundalini energy rising up your spine until it reaches your pineal gland, follow the path described in the video and demonstrated in the image below.
Two snakes, one on the right representing the divine masculine energy and one on the left representing the divine feminine energy, rising up criss-crossing each other in each chakra location starting at the root chakra all the way up until they meet face to face at the pineal gland. With each inhale build more energy around your sacrum, and with each exhale
bring this energy up following the kundali path. Repeat this process a few times during meditation.
Why is being emotionally triggered a good thing?
Every time you feel triggered is an opportunity for you to heal your old wounds and traumas. You can mindlessly react the same old way and keep perpetuating the cycle, or you can respond in an empowered new way and create a new reality for yourself.
What does it mean when we feel triggered?
Feeling triggered means that something has activated an old
wound in you.
This causes one to go into fight, flight, or freeze automatic reaction and defense mechanism.
How should we manage ourselves when triggered?
Take a break, sit with your emotions and ask yourself what is the truth of the situation, instead of reacting right away. Analyze how you would naturally handle that situation, identify your natural defense mechanisms, and then choose to handle the situation in a new empowering way.
How can we learn how to consciously act in times we are triggered emotionally?
Sit with your emotions and feel them, reflect on them, move through them by crying, or
writing your feelings down in your journal, or dancing, exercising, or meditating…
Understand that if you feel angry, or sad, or depressed, or down in any way and you make a decision from that place you will amplify that
energy and most likely have a negative outcome.
Now if you wait until you feel peaceful and centered and you act from a place of love, you will see clearly and you will learn the lesson that you need from that situation.
Mastering this tool will help you learn your lessons and grow much faster. Instead of spending years in the same energy repeating the same pattern, you can learn the lessons right away in a few weeks, days or even hours.
What is High Sense Perception?
High sense perception is seeing/feeling/listening/perceiving what is beyond the considered “normal” spectrum, or what is beyond the physical reality. It is amplifying your senses to perceive the subtle realms.
Some people call it being psychic, but there are many levels to psychic abilities and high sense perception.
What are the psychic abilities that one can experience after achieving a high sense perception?
- Clairvoyance
- Clairaudience
- Claircognizance
- Clairsentience
- Intuition
What MUST be done before doing anything that puts you on a theta brainwave?
Shield your energy.
Describe clairvoyance.
Seeing images that can show up in your mind like a movie playing on a screen, or it can be symbols and figures that you may need to decipher the meaning. Some people may see colors and shapes when they meditate for example.
How can one practice clairvoyance?
A great way to practice clairvoyance is using your imagination, daydreaming, practicing visualizations and doing journey meditations. Anything that requires you to visualize something.
You can also practicing starring someone’s auric field against a white or black wall, gaze at the area close to their body and let your eyes lose focus, you may start seeing colors, or light, or a haze around them.
Describe Clairaudience.
- Hearing voices in your mind that can be from your higher self, spirit guides, Source, or other entities.
- Telepathy is also a form of clairaudience.
How can one practive clairaudience?
The best way to practice clairaudience is going into meditation and asking questions. You may hear a voice that sounds just like you, that’s usually how you will hear your higher self and spirit guides. Trust the first answer that you hear. Automatic writing can be a great way to practice as well, when you just allow the thoughts in your mind to flow as you type it or write it down.
Describe Claircognizance.
Having a clear “knowing” of something, like if you just received a download and suddenly you just know the answer to something, or that something is going to happen.
How can one practice claircognizance?
Practicing activities that help you be fully present, “get in the zone”, feel be… in a state of full flow are great ways to practice receiving clear information, for example meditating, dancing, or playing an instrument that you can flow with. It may be a mix of clairvoyance or audience with it as well, but the message will be clear instead of having to decipher what it means.
Describe Clairsentience.
- Recognizing feelings and/or physical sensations.
- You may also have chills in your body at specific times like confirming something that you are thinking about, or confirming that you made a connection with your spirit guide for example… for each person will be different.
- You may also just feel good or feel repulsed about someone or a place.
How can one practice clairsentience?
You can use your hands to do a body- scan on someone by running your hands close to their body without touching it, you may feel a different sensation in areas where the energy feels stronger, denser or blocked.
Describe intuition
Intuition is a sense of knowing
How is intuition different from claircognizance?
With intuition you have a sense that something is not right, or you may feel pulled towards a person or towards doing something, but you are not exactly sure why.
What are the main things to keep in mind when working to open your high sense perception?
- Be consistent and committed
- Be patient
- Trust yourself
With respect to opening your HSP, describe being consistent and committed.
You will need to cleanse your system and let go of what blocks you. If you are eating a lot of processed, artificial, toxic and low vibrational food your high sense perception will be blocked because you are too dense. So a detox and clean diet in general are essential. I will talk about it in detail in an upcoming class.
Substances like alcohol, cigarettes, artificial drugs and so on are very toxic to your system and keep you in a low vibrational density. Even natural substances like marihuana for example can keep you clouded and open to infringements if you use it too often without awareness, necessity and without properly shielding yourself (plus the fact that a lot of it is genetically modified nowadays).
With respect to opening your HSP, describe being patient.
Every soul is on a different journey. Do not compare yourself to others because you don’t know what they are really going through, how they got to where they are and what their soul contracts are.
Trust your higher self that you will receive information as you need and as you are ready. There is a reason why we don’t remember everything, it is for our own protection and because we need to learn certain lessons.
Your HSP may open little by little indifferent in ways and it is not a straight forward journey. Some days you may feel more open and connected, other days you may feel blocked or you may need to focus on more physical things for example.
With respect to opening your HSP, describe trusting yourself.
We are ALWAYS connected to our higher selves and soul family and we are always receiving messages and guidance. All we need to do is to let go of self-doubt. Doubt and fear are everyone’s biggest blockages. Let go of fear and doubt, you are powerful and you are connected. Trust the messages you receive without second guessing.
What is sexual energy?
Sexual energy is the first spark of creation, it is the first impulse we feel to come out of stillness/void into manifesting an idea, desire or inspiration.
This energy is not only related to sexual attraction, but any action/creativity in general.
